Who is Jenay Bowen?
If you need someone committed to making your new home dreams come true, I’m that person!!! My name is Jenay Bowen. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in both Finance and Real Estate and have been in the industry since 2003. Before entering into the mortgage business, I spent several years in the banking industry. Therefore, crossing over from banking to loan originations was an extremely easy task and helped me build a solid foundation in permanent lending. I have extensive underwriting experience with all types of mortgages. This experience allows me the opportunity to help you determine which loan is the most beneficial in meeting your individual needs.

What drives Jenay most is her family. As a wife and mother of 2 small children (1 boy and 1 girl) she understands that family is extremely important. She loves spending time with them and being invloved in their activities from the baseball field, to cheer and dance classes, to gymnastics.
Jenay has recently been recognized nationally as National Professional Magazine "Top 40 Mortgage Professionals Under 40" , D Magazines Best Mortgage Professionals in Dallas, Housing Wire’s “Mortgage Giants” and Strathmore's Who's Who of Outstanding Professionals! Jenay is also one of 40 mortgage professionals selected to be on the Bridge Builders Team from Steve Harney’s “Keeping Current Matters” – which is an organization designed to promote better knowledge in the community of the mortgage industry. She also attends continuing educational seminars annually to better serve her clients with the latest ideas and technology in the mortgage industry.
